The TiiQu C.I.C. Referral Program (“Program”) has been created to reward you, our loyal Campaigner, (“you,” “Partner,” “Referrer,” “Participant”) for doing what you would already do – recommending us to your peers, to sustainability-related stakeholders from the private and public sector who sign on to be a Donor and Early User (“Referred,” “Participant”) of Truth Technologies (pdf2qa, QuTii Truth Library).
It was also created to reward these new Donors for listening to your great advice in referring our project, by offering them a reward for signing up at your referral!

 

These Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and TiiQu C.I.C. and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. You are not authorized to participate in the Program, if you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety. TiiQu C.I.C. reserves the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. TiiQu C.I.C. may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice. TiiQu C.I.C. also reserves the right to disqualify any donor or prospective donors at any time from participation in the Program.How the Program works.

Qualified Referrals.

A Qualified Referral occurs when:
1. The Referrer shares TiiQu C.I.C. through e.g. email, Facebook, Linkedin or any other communication means with a person, the Referred;
2. The Referred then signs up to support the crowdfunding campaign as any of the donation options indicated at https://tiiqu.com/support page
3. The Referred indicates the Referrer's Name in the donation form so that TiiQu C.I.C. can associate the donation with the Referrer.

Referrers' reward 

For each qualified referral, the referrer will receive a referral reward equal to 7% of the amount paid by the referred. If the referrer’s coupon is not added to the donation form, 7% of such donations will be shared within 15 days from the campaign end date (30 August) among campaigners active for at least 60 days, based on the share of qualified referrals attributed to them.

Active Referrers

Active Referrers are Campaigners who have been consistently engaged in promoting and supporting the campaign over the past 60 days. This could include activities such as sharing campaign materials, recruiting new donors, participating in campaign events, or otherwise contributing to the campaign's visibility and success.

How it works
 

• Referrer signs up at https://tiiqu.com/referralcampaign

• Referrer is approved and notified by email within 24h from application 

• Referrer receives  the Referrer Name (which typically is the First Name indicated in the registration form) 

• Referrer shares with connections the link https://tiiqu.com/support for donors to select their donor profile

• Referrer also shares with connections the Referrer Name 

• Referred successfully donates 

• Referred get access to benefits for crowdfunding participants as indicated in the donation level description 

• Referrer receives 7% of crowdfunding subscriptions attributed to their Referrer Name on a monthly basis  will receive a portion of the subscriptions that couldn't be directly attributed to any specific source. The portion they receive will be proportional to the number of subscriptions directly attributed to their referrer name compared to the total number of subscriptions.At the end of the campaign (on August 30), the referrer participating as an active Campaigner at least for 60 days, 

Eligibility

To be eligible for participation in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred must be at least 18 years of age.

TiiQu C.I.C. reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion.

Conduct

TiiQu C.I.C. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any Partner from participating in any aspect of the Program if TiiQu C.I.C. deems or suspects that such Partner has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:

a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions;
b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program, Site Technologies;

c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of TiiQu C.I.C. to be generally inconsistent with TiiQu's values and/or with the intended operation of the Program.

TiiQu C.I.C. shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Program Terms and Conditions.
